These terms govern the use of services provided by TechBer. By contracting our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Services

TechBer provides digital engineering services including automation, CRM, chatbots, web development, and custom software. The scope and deliverables of each project are defined in a written proposal prior to starting work.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of payment, the client receives full ownership of code and assets developed specifically for their project. TechBer reserves the right to use methodologies, reusable components, and generic technical knowledge in other projects.

3. Payments and Billing

Payments are made according to the schedule agreed in the proposal. TechBer issues electronic invoices in accordance with Spanish legislation. Applicable taxes (VAT) are added as required.
